HOW DOES IT WORK?

Once registered with American ELogistics and having received your Account/P.O. Box number, you can buy at any U.S. store or website directing your purchases to our address in the United States. Once we receive your packages we process them and provide the international shipping. Our agent in your country takes care of the customs clearance and delivery to your home or office as you have selected.

WHAT DO I GET WHEN I SIGN UP IN AMERICAN ELOGISTICS?

WHAT GUARANTEES DOES THE SERVICE INCLUDE?
WHAT IS THE TERM OF MY INTERNATIONAL AMERICAN EBOX P.O. BOX ACCOUNT?
To authorize someone else to use your P.O. Box, simply login to your account and go to the “account preferences” and select “additional user”.
Please note that you can authorize any person you want. The use of the P.O. Box is under your responsibility; remember that all the correspondence and/or purchases you receive in your American eBox P.O. Box will be debited from your credit card, even when the name of any other person whom you have authorized to use it appears on it and it will be sent to the address you have registered in American eBox.
WHAT ARE THE RESTRICTIONS ON THE DELIVERY OF SHIPMENTS?

CAN I SHIP PERISHABLE ITEMS WITH AMERICAN ELOGISTICS?

If your goods are subject to any international air shipping restrictions, they will be transported as general cargo and the import mode will change from express delivery to ordinary import. If there are any restrictions, your goods will be sent to a bonded warehouse and it will be necessary to hire a brokerage company for nationalization. The user will pay the costs generated by this kind of shipment.
WHO IS ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE IMPORT BEFORE THE LOCAL LAWS IN MY COUNTRY?

ARE THE TAXES INCLUDED IN THE AMERICAN ELOGISTICS SERVICE FEE?

No, customs duties and taxes are collected at the time of delivery by our delivery agent or carrier.

Billing address is the address that you have associated with the credit card with which you are paying. Shipping Address is the address you use to receive your purchase in American eBox, i.e.:
