Whether shipped from supplier or your facility, the next step is to have inventory shipped to your USA prep address.
If you need help coordinating the freight forwarding and transportation, we have a team ready to help with all aspects of the transportation including the customs clearance. We can even help get your business setup as a Foreign Importer of Record and registered with the IRS as a legal importer.
When your inventory arrives, we scan everything into your eBox account for easy management.
All your cargo is scanned into your account at the time its received, creating an alert that is automatically sent to you along with the details of the shipment. Inventory is inspected upon arrival, checked against the packing list and shipping documents, and details shared with our client.
When you are ready to start your Prep Project, just login to your dashboard, select the inventory to be prepped and complete the FBA Project Request Form.
Doing so will define the scope of work and send your specific instructions to our warehouse to ensure your project is executed precisely as you have defined.
